Hey Guys and Gals...
Sorry I have been MIA since October, shocking I know but things were just crazy last summer, time just flew. From now on I will be updating more often. :)
Since then summer was amazing in Cape Town - so many things were happening. Parties, functions, newly single, travelling, working. I will write about some of the highlights of my summer and pics to follow.
Right now I am in India, this place is amazing and definitely a must visit sometime in your life. The culture is so different but so beautiful. When you take a picture here you capture the moment of families everyday living, so tough yet the people are so happy. I am here still another 2 months and looking to visit Goa for some Trance and Delhi. Both places I have heard are stunning, so I am quite excited for that. When I arrived got such a shock seeing cows and bulls roam the streets freely in-between cars, cows are holy here so they untouched. I am used to it now so I end up just walking by, today the cars were hooting as the one was taking its time - haha too funny for words.
I am going to try sum up 9 months in short :)
Movember was good although I didn’t grow a ‘stache; went to this great music festival Synergy; Jarred Leto concert; became newly single found someone else - all in one month - but now I am happily single again.
December is one of my favourite times of the year as I go home to see family. I love the whole Christmas vibe even though the day is always so chilled I end up falling asleep after stuffing my face. Went to my first cricket game with my friends Pixie, Amith, and Barry what a laugh, don’t think we watched much of it though. It was a fun day.
January and February is summer in Cape Town and that was madness, there was the Queens Plate, U2 concert , The Met, Love and Light festival featuring NEELIX (my favourite DJ at the moment), my bestest came to visit from France Eleni, Valentine’s day for the Singletons , The Ultimate Peroni Experience on the yacht which I was interviewed for All Access alongside Natalie Becker and Locnville by the lovely Vanessa Marawa, then straight to the MK Music Awards supporting my Friend Pixie Bennett.
March, I went to France to visit my friends and I have to say France is the most beautiful county I have yet seen, I am definitely thinking of moving there someday. I am obsessed with Architecture and the designs there are out of this world. I got to experience so many wonderful things there. Planning to go back in October then want to do a trip to Spain as its only 3 hours drive from where I will be.
April, started boxing and training with my trainer Joseph... best ever! He is so positive and so motivational... luv him!
May, I got to travel to Hong Kong and must I say that city rocks, one of the party places of the world... crazy crazy. Had the time of my life there and met some influential people which I always find interesting. I actually love business, listening and picking up tips hehe. :) Oh and I bumped into Adam Levine from Maroon 5 at this one pub, sexy sexy ;)
I will keep updating my blog from now on so I can speak more about the places instead of writing months and months in one. Below are pics of my travels for your viewing… Enjoy :)
Much Love

Hey peeps, been crazy busy so haven't posted in a while but I'm back :)
Hope you are all good. Happy Diwali to all my Hindu friends...
October was a birthday month and there were so many birthdays including mine. My good friend Kerry had hers on the 20th and we ended up going to Sasha (a club in Durban) - my first time there. It was OK, but not somewhere I would go all the time. It ended up being a fun night. Just to warn you girls out there as this happened to us. On way home from the club, two cops pulled us four girls over and asked us to get out, my pregnant friend who was driving said that she won't get out and that she's not drinking since she's pregnant. So she told them she will follow them to the nearest police station which we did. When we got there they just searched the car. First of all cops aren't allowed to stop you after 6 if it’s not a road block and if they do please make sure you don't get out and tell them to take you to the nearest police station as I have been hearing so many horrific stories.
I had my birthday last week Friday; it was very chilled just with family. We went to the revolving restaurant. Wow, it is amazing and the food is delicious. I would definitely recommend it :). Then went for a boogie with friends afterwards at the Origin Halloween party. Got so spoilt and I am blessed to have such special people in my life.
My best friend's birthday is a day after mine all Scorpio babies ;)
My new Campaign for Designer notes perfume is out in a few of the mags including the Heat this week. I'll post a pic so you all can see...
I am loving my new Gladiator shoes I got from Aldo - they are super sexy... Did a job for Junkyard Angel and was given some clothes from Miss Money Penny. Wow, the garments are beautiful...love them all.
I did an underwater shoot for the fashion part of 'The Bombsurf'. It was something different and not so easy but was super fun. There are a few good name surfers also in it, when its out I'll post the pics for you.
I am over the moon! I shot for the new Kangol lingerie campaign which will be in stores when ready. It was so much fun and the underwear is beautiful...
Wednesday night 3rd Nov was so much fun. I was a celebrity judge for the final of the Miss Cafe Vacca Matta. I judged with Pixie Bennett and 3 other judges. Was such a great experience and was a difficult choice, Michaela took the title in the end. She was amazing! Thank you to Karla Van Aswegen for a lovely event and for the goodie bag. It was great fun!
Lisa, Pixie and I went to a Goldfish concert on the Sunday before I left for Cape Town. It was in the Botanical Gardens and was rocking!
I have finally arrived in Cape Town :) can't wait to get back to work. Good times to come... *positive vibes* all the time peeps... ;) While I'm here I am going to be shooting a scene with Ben who is the producer of the short film ODD so really looking forward to that...
Just want to say Thank you to my special tweetbuds Spilly, Kim, Amith and Lana for being the best. Keep rocking!!
Hope you all have a fantabulous weekend...
Much Love

We were hijacked in our home 2 weeks ago, was terrible, the guys had a gun but luckily the gun jammed, if you want to read about the full story, you can read it here
We are all safe and doing well and thanks to all of you for the messages and support, it’s very much appreciated. I am so thankful that we had angels with us that day...
On a happy note, I’m off to Cape Town next month for the season, I’m so looking forward to it... new agency and agent, things are looking exciting :) Then next year, travel,travel,travel... Can’t wait!
I am still in Durbs doing last minute things, sorting out my studies which I had to cancel with Damelin and now I’m moving to another institution... long story ;)... and iv been keeping my weekends busy with friends, partying up a storm… he he that’s what we do best...
I was invited to the opening of FTV-Florida Rd last week as you all may know it was closed down, some municipality issues. What a pity as I heard it’s amazingly breath-taking, can’t wait until the opening. It was moved to Vacca Matta as they still had guests attending and it was actually a super fun night... Pixie Bennett and I ended up having way too many tequilas before our interview…haha. Thanks to Chia Kougianos for a fun interview, hope Pixie was behaving... LOL ;) and thanks to Karla Van Aswegen for making it all happen. It was a great evening! Other celebs who attended was Loui Fish (such a cool chick-we all had a good laugh), former Miss S.A Megan Coleman, Thulani Hadebe, Catlike Thieves and City Bowl Mizers as well as designers such as Haroun Hansrot, Karen Monk Klijnstra, Lindiwe Khuzwayo as well as the paparazzi- Andre Neveling, News Editor from HEAT Magazine attended (fabulous guy) as well as other media.

Hey guys, hope everyone is well... been getting a lot of good responses with regards to my website, so happy you all are enjoying it.
I haven't written in a few weeks as things have been so crazy, was meant to go to Australia. I got my visa and everything and now I'm not going anymore. All this time when my passport was in Pretoria I was meant to go to Ibiza but couldn't get my passport back in time... what a nightmare!
I'm back in Cape Town next month and really looking forward to it and all the great things to come.
I recently did an interview for theBOMBsurf magazine which will be out soon. Met the guys down on the beach at 7am - surf time haha was cool. In these past weeks I've shot with Junkyard Angel from YDE and my favourite Durban photographers Preyen and Vaughan. Will post pics as soon as I get them... :) Otherwise I've just been partying up a storm haha, so many parties have been going on...
Got lots coming up so I'll keep you all posted...
Have a super week...
Take care

Hey Guys,
Hope you are well. I have had a crazy 2 weekends in a row. Party party :)
Last week was the Vodacom Durban July, which was awesome. Didn't go last year as I was away so thought I'd go all out this year:) Got there around 2pm, had to walk a mile to our tent lol eventually when we got there I never left. Had a train on my dress so thought that was a better idea. Ofcourse someone had to stand on it, my boyfriend kept tramping on it all night and was the only one who did. Haha
But in the end we had a great time, saw our friend Tamara, met Twiggy Baker, was cool since we have started surfing..
Ended up wearing my heels for 18hours as after the party we went to the afterparty was good fun. My feet are still numb :)
I normally always win when I bet, but I have to see the horses and their stats before hand. This year I didn't get a chance to so I just guessed. Goat and Russian Sage..eeek, don't ask me why I chose Goat, how can a horse win if he thinks he's a Goat. Haha
The evening was definitely one to remember. Any of you go?
Have a super week
Much Love
Lee-Ann xoxo

Hey Guys, hope you are all happy and well.
I have decided to write a small blog each week to keep you up to date with what’s going on in my world. Things are great my side, my website has been updated and loving it.
This year has flown by can’t believe it’s already mid-year. I have been in Durban visiting family and friends, weather has been amazing here.
In January I got a surfboard and was super excited to start surfing. The first time I tried was scary, fell off a dozen times, got stung by a huge jelly fish and woke up with bruises all over my body, Lol it sounds bad but it wasn’t too hectic. So I kept trying and stood up on my second session :) I find that the standing for me is the easy part, it’s the getting out and being knocked by waves which is the hardest... I love it and really want to carry on and become pro he he. Its Winter now in S.A so the water is freezing and still need to get a wetsuit so haven’t been in the water for a while, tried once in the cold with just my rash vest and nearly died, although I bit my tongue and just did it, only to look back and see the reef right behind me ‘low tide’.. Scary part for me is I saw dolphins there a few days before while my boyfriend was surfing and thought they were sharks, shoo my nerves. I heard if there are dolphins then there won’t be sharks but hey it’s still scary... Once I pluck up the courage and get back in now that it’s cold I will take some pics and post them so you can all see :).
I was lucky enough to attend the opening match in DBN. Germany vs. Australia was such an amazing experienced loved every minute of it. I am a huge football fan already – LIVERPOOL all the way! So upset about Ghana they are such tremendous players, they should have gone through. My teams for WC were S.A, England & Italia. S.A and Italy were out early and guess who plays my team England... Germany - the team I supported in the opening match, had to support one of the teams and it wasn't going to be the ozzies he he. I’m such a traitor he he, couldn’t believe it.
P.s. do any of you have a funny WC story to share?
Hope you all have a great July and don’t get too depressed when there are no more games to watch :)
Much Love
Lee-Ann xoxo
