Lee-Ann was born in Durban and she is a proud east coast girl. She won face of Lee Jeans and then was discovered by a international modelling scout in Johannesburg - Leon Cloete - who has also worked with the likes of Kate Moss and Gisele Bündchen. Lee-Ann then moved to the fashion capital of the world - Cape Town - where she shot for international and local campaigns. Initially, Lee-Ann wanted to become an actress but decided to try her hand at modelling (although she is now slowly getting into acting scene). Lee-Ann is hoping to go to Australia and study acting there. Lee-Ann has travelled extensively overseas doing magazine covers, and landed herself a scene in a big screen film in Indonesia. It was aired in both Indonesia and Australia and was called Bahwa Cinta Itu ada (Love Still Exists). Lee-Ann is looking at doing another international trip this year in either the USA or Asia. She is studying in the field of law to become a paralegal / legal sec. Lee-Ann loves travelling and she gets to meet a lot of great people. She is very modest and down to earth and she always likes to challenge herself.
